The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

This hotel is just wow! 🌟 I stayed in the Jacuzzi room and the view was absolutely breathtaking—full panoramic magic 😍💖. The room was super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed 👍🏻. Service was quick, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming—special thanks to Anna 🌟 for making my stay even more special 😊🤍. Honestly, the professionalism of the team is one of the biggest reasons I fell in love with this place 💯 They even have a paid car service 🚕 which is super handy

Ottimo albergo, la stanza era spaziosa con una terrazza sulle cascate, molto pulita ed accessoriata, acqua e snack inclusi. Il personale cortese e disponibile. La colazione era varia con la possibilità di chiedere omelette, uova bollite, etc. cucinate sul momento. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Consigliato.

The property was beautiful and the staff were great. The mall connected to hotel was beautiful. The dinner at hotel was delicious. The bar tenders were fun and very polite.

This was by far the best place we stayed at in Kerala! The entire staff was very kind and welcoming, and it is visible how well they work as a team. The service was excellent, the rooms are spacious, sparkling clean and high quality finishes and furniture, and the entire building is designed with the best taste for architecture and interior design. Congratulations and hats off to the owners! Besides the accommodation, the landscape of the garden is inviting and relaxing, having kept the original trees layout and hence the nests of all kinds of birds that enchant you with their symphony before the sunrise. We had access to the pool in the evening after our arrival and it was very relaxing. There were also some fireflies flying over our heads while swimming. Food was extraordinary! Such unusual flavours we could have never imagined...We had kingfish with curry & lemon rice & aloo gobi masala - simply delicious. We had the privilege to meet the cook herself :) We had great conversations with Joseph, the hotel manager - a kind-hearted person, and also with Ramesh, part of the staff, who was very kind to explain to us different aspects of the Indian culture. Sounds like a fairytale but it actually happened and we will definitely come back here if we get the chance!

The hotel was absolutely clean, very comfortable, you get everything you need, location is perfect, staff was very helpfull. I had a perfect stay here. Very recommended.

Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).
