Our apartment was very comfortable, and well equipped. We could have easily spent a week there. Staff were incredible, very friendly, and we were well looked after by Nicole and Anna. We ate well at the restaurant/bar and enjoyed the spa. What a dream!

The hotel is run by very friendly and helpful people. Location is perfect as it is a 5 minute drive from Cortona while the hotel itself sits in complete peace and quiet surrounded by nature and great views. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area was great as is it was never too busy with great views on Cortona.

Residenza d'epoca Luca Pacioli is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at in Italy. Here 4 stars means 4 stars, unlike most Italian 4 star hotels that are really 2/2.5 stars. The room was spotless and decorated in a way that beautifully integrated the history of the palazzo with the needs of modern clients, and the bed linens and towels were very high quality, an absolute rarity in Italy. The breakfast buffet was decent, not ample, with many locally sourced products, but unfortunately with a fair amount of pre-packaged products as well.
