The room was spotlessly clean and comfy, the stuff are polite and helpful. There is a lift. In the morning we had a breakfast for additional payment, it was so delicious, highly recommended. If you arrive at weekend, the laundry is not working, but there is a laundromat 5 minutes away by car.

The hotel staff was very helpful in giving us many outstanding recommendations for dinner and activities to do in and around Bologna. The location was wonderful right in the heart of the main piazza across from a beautiful medieval church, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping in a bustling area. The breakfast was also wonderful and had something for everyone with great coffee service as well. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough!
