Everything was spotless, well-organized, and gave a luxurious feel. A special thank you to Yuliya , who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. Her support made everything easier and more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location of the property is also fantastic — quiet, safe, and very convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

Despite being located directly on the Piazza, the rooms are incredibly well insulated, ensuring a peaceful and restful environment. The service is top, with staff members being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication during our stay, even via WhatsApp was prompt and efficient. The small reception team offers a warm and welcoming experience, adding a personal touch to the stay. Other highlights include the spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms, featuring amenities like large rain showers. To say though; that there was very little "noise" and at 11pm it was super quiet outside

Very nice and warm hosts Lina and Alessandro. We had a wedding ceremony and they helped us with everything, were friendly. Very responsive. Breakfast was delicious and was arranged with a magnificent view of Lake Como. The location of the villa is excellent: it was easy to get to. We liked the feeling of privacy in the villa, the silence and the ringing of the bells of the church, which is nearby. There is a lot of greenery and flowers, birds on the territory - all this was very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The design of everything around was pleasing to the eye. I would like to note the work of the maid, who cleaned the room well and was always cheerful and smiling :) We did not want to leave this quiet place at all!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay on our way back to our home in Umbria. A great location overlooking the Lake. Friendly & helpful Staff. A very large room with a large comfortable bed and a well stocked fridge. A great shower and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We ate a fabulous meal in the restaurant.
