Hotel itself is a short walk to shops and restaurants, although from the train station was a bit further away. Main square out front had a carnival with midway rides for the kids, fun! Lots of activity. Room was beautiful! Very ornate and, wow, the bathroom was awesome (even had a jetted tub). Bed and bedding was luxurious and so comfortable. Michael at front desk checked us in and was very courteous and exceptionally professional. Thank you! Breakfast selection was VERY good with local specialties. Service staff were polite and efficient.

The Hotel is located right on the ski slopes with ski school and rental on site. The hotel has 1 buffet restaurant where it is possible to purchase half board packages. Free parking, located 500 meters from the hotel beyond the woods. We have limited space in our garage, with only 10 parking spaces available, accessible only by reservation and for a fee. The Savoia's large rooms feature an LCD satellite TV and elegant parquet floors. Some also enjoy views of the valley and mountains, while others overlook the forest. Pets are allowed at a cost of EUR 35 per stay, per room. The Hotel's staff are exceptionally nice. They accommodated every single request. The dinners at the hotel were top level, out of this world!!! kudos to the chef. The indoor pool was great and we also rented the outdoor hot tub which was a great experience.
