It was close to the train station and shopping center yet quiet. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Tomomi Murata, who helped us find the most economical way to travel from Haneda to Narita. The breakfast was superb, the room was spacious and cleaned daily I will choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo.

Loved the entire facility - was fantastic for a family (2 adults, 2 kids under 6 + grandparents). We booked two rooms and they were super spacious, lots of room to lounge about and also for the kids to jump and get their energy out. On-site facilities were fantastic - private onsen bath in our bathroom was amazing to relax in, plus the "public" onsen was also super relaxing. There was a play area for kids which they really enjoyed, and the kids loved the free snacks, icy poles and hot chocolate/soft drinks. Breakfast was buffet and delicious. Was very easy to get to - just 5 mins walk from Gora station, and super easy to catch cable car up mountain or train to do the Hakone Loop. Also walking distance to the Hakone Open Air museum. Overall very very family friendly, and we spent a couple of afternoons just enjoying the very relaxing atmosphere.

Dinner was very good with lots of choices. Everyone was dressed on traditional Japanese robes that he hotel provided, I didn't expect people to wear to dinner and breakfast. Onsen was very good and clean and provided lots of amenities. Loved the views, absolutely gorgeous

We have visited 3 times and it always is a wonderful treat. Great baths, great breakfast, lovely room. Warm recommendation for couples.
