Excellent hospitality from staff We couldn't find the ryokan and stuck in the no entry road and parking aside, my sis walk to the ryokan and the staff come to me and help to drive my car to the ryokan and thereafter help to park my car as the road there is really narrow. The staff are really attentive as we were "hands free" checking in and out as our luggage were very well taking care of. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent from the taste to the display of the food.

It's also right near the tram into the center of the city right up to the castle stop (Y180 flat rate) which is really convenient and cheap. The hotel itself is really well appointed and has 2 private and 1 public onsen which was really nice.
