Room is spacious , clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, dinner and breakfast was very delicious, onsen is good, car parking was convenient.

Separate little houses/apartments set in a Japanese garden, private onsen bath, the room was large and so comfortable. The dinner was so good, and they could accommodate me on the spot when they served a soup i couldn’t eat. The staff were absolutely amazing! And we booked the ikebana introduction, which was a great experience!

Bathroom is small (which is normal) if you want more space you can use the hotel’s onsen as well. The buffet dinner and breakfast is amazing!

Everything was just perfect — from the cozy atmosphere to all the thoughtful details. There were so many things to enjoy: the onsen, yoga room, and even a calligraphy room! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive — Takumi and Hosaka especially made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The location is also amazing. The hotel offers bikes, and I took one out to explore the area — I got to see Mount Fuji and the most breathtaking sunset. It was such a special moment! And the free bar was such a fun surprise! I left feeling relaxed and happy, and I’d definitely love to come back again.

The property was so close to the beach front and the amenities were top notch! When it was time for us to leave they couldn’t book any taxis so they arranged a hotel car to drive us off to the station, which we greatly appreciated! 10/10 Experience overall!
