Secluded, far from the city. We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee

Appartamento meraviglioso, spaziosissimo, letti comodi e grandi, biancheria pulitissima. Vista mozzafiato, sicuramente l'alloggio più lussuoso e panoramico di tutta Nilaveli. I proprietari sono attenti e molto cordiali ed il team che gestisce l'alloggio è reattivo ed efficiente oltre che gentilissimo e super disponibile. L'alloggio vanta dotazioni complete e persino di una jacuzzi sul tetto dell'edificio. Questo è il posto perfetto per godersi la splendida Nilaveli al meglio. I servizi condominiali contano su una bella piscina che noi abbiamo avuto tutta per noi, una palestra (ancorché modesta) e un meraviglioso parco davanti. Vicino ci sono molti locali e ristoranti per cui cucinare non è d'obbligo. Prezzo perfettamente bilanciato all'offerta.

Large rooms, fully equiped kitchen (including cold water dispenser), comfortable furniture, large balcony, best shower in Sri lanka. Absolutely fantastic. The pool was good and clean and of course you have the ocean 50 m from your door. Room service also very good and other restaurants nearby. Heaven on earth!

There are only 2 rooms for rent, which makes it super quiet and cozy, and the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The food? Just amazing. Breakfast was included and they served it whenever I wanted (yes, even late mornings 🙈). Lunch and dinner were homemade, fresh, and so flavorful – with plenty of variety to choose from. Honestly, it was so good I didn’t even feel the need to eat out in town. On top of that, the price is more than fair, and the hosts are always ready to help with literally anything: tuk-tuks, trips, shopping, you name it. A truly stunning stay – can’t recommend it enough! 🌊✨
