They are so good in taking care of their guests, they cleaned our rooms everyday and kept it clean and ready to crash after the long activities. The best thing about them is that they were always treating us and welcoming us with their great smiles 😍☺️. All rooms at Les Jardins De La Koutoubia have a private bathroom with amenities. Location was perfect. It was in the quiet part of the medina. The hotel facade was so unassuming. The minute you enter the lobby, you will be amazingly welcomed by a very refreshing lobby and poolside area. This seemed like the only hotel that offered multiple dining options! Truly a gem of Marrakech! I just couldn't remember their names, but all their staff from Concierge were truly wonderful people to talk to. Extremely helpful too!!!

Desserts are delicious. The attentiveness of staff. Ismail the concierge is super amazing. Staff at the reception showed high level of commitment, dedication and respect. Shuttle bus to the old city centre. I’m excited and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back with family
