Located in Finolhus in the Baa Atoll Region, 15 km from Baa Atoll, Kiha beach features an outdoor pool and views of the sea. The hotel has a barbecue and a private beach area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. This was our 2nd time staying in this resort. The services they provided were still maintained at "6 stars", it is really worth staying here and definitely we will repeat again. Thank you to all the staff and Mr Ali (owner) to make our manta holiday come true.

Isla Retreat features a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Fehendhoo. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation provides karaoke and a concierge service. Like everyone before us has said, Isla Retreat is a gem. It is a wonderful hotel, decorated with great taste, creating a warm atmosphere. It is very, very clean, with rooms and the restaurant offering amazing views. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are always fresh and tasty. What truly makes this place so special and rich is the staff, who make you feel like you're at a friend's house—always there to help, so friendly, and so welcoming. We also fell in love with the two little cats doing stand-up paddle as well as the owner ;-). You can take bicycles to explore the island, which we loved. You can also enjoy stand-up paddles, and there's a wonderful beach right next to the hotel, plus many beautiful beaches (both bikini and non-bikini) around the island. The island itself is a gem—still natural and not crowded, where you can feel the Maldivian culture and experience the way people live. Once again, everyone was so welcoming. And let's not forget all the amazing trips you can take with the Isla Retreat staff: manta snorkeling, rose reef garden snorkeling, sea turtles, dolphins at sunset, little sharks, bioluminescent plankton, sandbanks or simply admiring the stunning night sky full of stars. Shukuriyaa to Akoo, thank you to Ismail and the whole team for making our stay on your beloved island unforgettable.

Facing the beachfront, Avani Plus Fares Maldives Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Baa Atoll and features a garden, private beach area and shared lounge. The property has a bar, as well as a tennis court. The resort provides an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, nightclub and a kids' club. Transfer: We were transferred from Malé Airport by the resort's transfer partner, Manta Air seaplane. The transfer process was smooth, and we were greeted immediately after customs control. The waiting area for the seaplane flight was comfortable with a cozy lounge. The flight itself takes approximately 30-40 minutes and lands on a floating platform near the island, where you'll be picked up by boat. Location: The island is beautifully maintained, covered in lush greenery and coconut trees. In the evenings, hundreds of hermit crabs scuttle along the sandy paths, and fruit bats squabble in the treetops. The house reef is fantastic, offering plenty of snorkeling opportunities to see a variety of fish, including occasional curious reef sharks. Snorkeling equipment rental is available and was complimentary during our stay. Sunbeds with umbrellas are spaced out along the beach, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The island is relatively small, taking about 20-30 minutes to walk around. Room: Our room was on the second floor with an ocean view. There are four rooms per house, two on the ground floor and two on the first. Ground-floor rooms have panoramic glass doors leading directly to a small green yard and the beach beyond, while second-floor rooms have a balcony. The bed was large and comfortable, and all necessary toiletries and towels were provided. However, we didn't find slippers (which weren't really needed) and instead of toothpaste, tooth cleaning tablets were available. It's worth noting that in the evenings, geckos were often seen near our entrance, although they didn't enter the room. Crew: All the on-site personnel were cheerful and eager to help. Upon arrival, we were assigned a dedicated remote butler, Manu, who we could contact via WhatsApp. This allowed us to easily schedule and reschedule our activities. You can also use the Avani app for this, but we found that working with Manu was more convenient and added a personal touch.

All 113 beach and over water villas and suites have an earthy yet graceful aesthetic to reflect the rustic charm and island vibes of Maldivian Culture, offering an incredible sense of space and stunning ocean views. The island hosts remain at your service to ensure that your experience is tailor made as per your preferences. The stay was amazing, very luxurious. We were taken care of as queens. The reception, the welcome drink and sweets, the food in the restaurants was spectacular especially the breakfast, the spa view was magical, the service and the workers were all amazing, welcoming. The rooms were clean, the service was very fast. I would like to give a huge shout out and big thank you to Tina who helped in everything to make our stay memorable. She even arranged for me three wheel bicycle because I didn’t know how to ride two wheeler. Tina went above and beyond, she is a marvelous and welcoming soul. Special thanks to Joseph who made us yum yum food and the experience we had at the dinner was amazing, also to Dora who helped me during my dive and was very gentle and helpful and showed me the clown fish, to Ahmed who showed me the turtle and made my day. Honestly, If I knew the names of everyone, I would like to thank them one by one. Thank you for this amazing trip that I will never forget 🤍
