The hotel exceeded my expectations. The pools were fantastic, the restaurant options were great, and there were plenty of wonderful activities for the kids. Breakfast was fabulous. But the best part was the staff—so friendly, kind, and helpful. Everyone greeted us with a warm hello and a big smile, even the garden and maintenance team as we walked past. Also a special shout out to Patrick from the check in desk - he was so kind and helpful.

Wonder location. Beautiful beachfront and yet with amenities nearby. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. They are so attentive and make our stay so enjoyable.

We loved our stay there! Everything was great, starting from the staff that were very friendly and attentive while in the same time discrete and offering you privacy. The room was very clean and comfortable and in good shape. The breakfast was excellent and fresh with lots of choices every day. Lovely green garden, beautiful palm trees along the beach, fantastic beach views from both restaurants and one pool. Great massage at the spa, worth spending more money on than the ones outside. We enjoyed every day!

The place is so peaceful and pleasant with great hospitality. The service from Garraya tongsai bay staffs were impressive.It’s awesome!!!!

Clean beautiful property overlooking the sea with rooms downstairs from the hangout area The staff are all incredibly attentive and the food was excellent. Khun Tan the cook was able to make everything from western breakfast, Asian style, coffee and more. Every evening meal was delicious and fresh from the markets. Kiki and Sarah the Villa hosts were great at listening, helping organise anything we needed at the Villa, advising on the area, organising massages with Khun Rong and made my husbands birthday special with a delicious cake. All staff smile, are polite and helpful and make you feel so welcome.

Tulum Villa Resort Koh Samui propone una piscina, un giardino, una terrazza e la vista sulla montagna nella città di Bophut. Tutti gli alloggi hanno il WiFi gratuito. It was a perfect stay, kids and family friendly resort. It was really nice, it was better then i expected it to be. When you enter the resort there is a little friendly monkey to welcome you. I am hoping to come back next year!
