Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Convenient, very well maintained, lots of comfort. The property grounds are well manicured and beautiful. The courtyard with firepits .. just so relaxing. It truly was a wonderful stay.. I highly recommend. The airport and Graceland shuttles are well organized and a huge benefit . Restaurants absolutely delicious! I shall return !!
