We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Lookout Mountain is 5 km away. Everything was delightful and decorated for Christmas. Location was convenient to the electric buses which were a bonus. Felt the food service could have been better and it would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay. Had lobster bisque one evening and was ill the next two days with gastro issues. Not sure if it was food poisoning but I had all the symptoms. We ESPECIALLY enjoyed the Haunted 311 Room tour given by John who is a talented actor.

The kitchenette and fridge is perfect. We were able to check in earlier which was great. The hotel is located in 12 South with so many stores, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely come back!

We stayed here for a night because of an early flight the next morning. Everything was wonderful. Check-in was easy. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and efficient. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. We had a room on the sixth floor with windows facing the airport, and it was oddly satisfying to watch planes landing one after another. The sound proofing was excellent which made the room extremely quiet despite being next to the airport. The bed was comfortable. The price was also low compared to hotels of similar caliber. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
