Great hotel in a pretty and quiet suburb of Toronto, across the street from a shopping center. Very good gym and swimming pool, great breakfast. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The travel to downtown Toronto is super easy - by car to Bramalea GO and then take a train to Union. There is plenty of free Parkinng at Bramalea.

It was convenient,efficient staff,room was nice and very clean.The Bistro was great,food was good(fries with dips(yum) and chicken wings and reasonable priced.Shuttle service very convenient....the only thing I would say that surprised me was that we had to pay extra for parking and in saying that,I would absolutely stay again! Thanks!

Staff were friendly and respectful from the very start, starting with the doorman who helped us with our bags to our room. Check in was efficient and quick and even allowed us to check in at 12pm for no additional cost. The room was very comfortable, large and clean.

When I arrived with my husband that has Huntington's Disease which its very hard for him. I had a problem with my booking & we had an 8:00 a.m. appointment at Mt. Sanai Hospital very important we couldn't miss. I was very stressed but reception were so good & very kind to us & we solved it. They went above & beyond. We got our room & I can't thank you enough.
