Breakfast was perfect. Location perfect. For someone who knew nowhere in paris. It was the perfect decision I made staying there. The staff were so nice and helpful. They helped me get different shows and things I could do in Paris. My room was clean and so cosy. I would definitely tell everyone who cares to come to Paris to use this hotel!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and a good size. Enjoyed having a balcony. Loved the location which was central to everything. Very much appreciated the special gift from the hotel in recognition of celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary!

Some staff were not very friendly. Needed more bar staff when big groups are booked in, service very slow and one staff did not know how to pour a wine.

Super clean and smells great throughout - clean bathroom, clean room, clean linen, toilet itself needed some domestos to clean some old stains but that’s it. The reception area and dining areas were clean and inviting. The location is perfect for the Stade der France stadium - walking distance to the stadium - 2kms / Metro 13 station is a 2 min walk and 1 stop away from the stadium - it’s amazing. Warm welcome, personal did their best, cleaning lady very sweet, comfortable beds, great communicating rooms and correct price. Good breakfast, good position geographically for the occasion, and great gym.
