1. Free bus shuttles to airport and Tung Chung station from where one takes the Cable Car and also a main public transport station. 2. Good location if you want to go to Disneyland, take the cable car and visit Lantau island. As we were a family of 4 with two small children under 3 we preferred to stay closer to the tourist attractions in Lantau island. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the concierge who helped us with the taxi order and gave us advice on how to get to Shenzen by taxi. 4. Clean and spacious room, we asked for extra water and was provided fast. 5. Good and plenty of options for breakfast. We would highly recommend it.

the water dispenser was a great innovation, great contribution for no plastic. everything else was available to make me feel at home.

the staff are amazing. From front office to concierge down to bellman. They have been really helpful and super attentive to details and offer help from time to time.
