Location (nice, quiet neighborhood), market close, Dolphin mall close. This place was as described. Pool was heated and open untill 11pm, pool area nice! Views amazing!! We loved it! Hotel staff were very friendly! Room was very spacious, clean and everything in there was perfect.

Breakfast was fine but a little pricier. Many hotels offer a free self serve breakfast which would have been better.

I would of liked complimentary breakfast but the Bistro people were very nice.

Very comfy beds and pillows, good food and drinks, helpful and friendly staff. I also appreciated the location, which is so near to MIA - and the availability of frequent shuttles to and from the Airport. As an older customer with some mobility issues, I appreciated the attention to physical safety in the bathroom. Finally, although I am not personally of the Jewish faith, I was impressed that equal attention was paid to the Hanukkah Holiday and the Christmas Season - especially at this particular time in history. Excellent attention to detail and good management! Thank you for that!
