Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

Please call Hotel Concierge to make reservation in advance. Everything was nice, the bed especially is very big and spacious. Havent seen anything like it.

It offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour fitness centre and a grand ballroom. Everything was perfect. Staff was really helpful. They helped us with the taxi service always. The breakfast was good, it has enough European selections. Room was pretty big and they clean it up every day.

The hotel offers travel to the airport in a luxurious car at an extra charge. The front desk staffs are very polite and very helpful especially the Senior Manager Mr Leo with his team. The cafe and Chinese restaurant staffs are prompt to customer requests and helpful. The facilities are basically clean and room services staffs are quick of our request and friendly.
