Offering an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a spa and wellness centre, Courtyard Marriott Agra is located in Agra. It also has 4 dining options. Concierge Narenda went above and beyond in helping to make our short stay a wonderful experience. With limited time he was able to arrange airport transfer upon arrival in Agra as well as transfer to Delhi airport for our departure. In addition, he arranged a guide and driver for the Taj Mahal. Our driver, Mr. Singh, was very professional, friendly and helpful. We were completely comfortable and pleased with all our journeys. The guide, Faraz, was an excellent choice. He made sure we got the right entrance tickets, provided 'skip the line' access which saved us time, and shared his knowledge about the Taj as we explored. He also made sure we had our own free time as well. Check-in was efficient and courteous. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our meals breakfast and dinner were plentiful and good. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Hospitality & Service – 10/10 The hospitality at this property is exceptional. From the reception itself, you truly feel like the staff is committed to giving each guest a memorable stay. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous — extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and designed with a perfect blend of heritage and modern luxury. There was a lovely lady from the hotel who personally took us on a tour of the property and then guided us to our room. This gesture made us feel genuinely cared for. The Room (Room 129) I stayed in Room 129, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. They provide everything you need — toiletries, water, essentials, etc. The room was cleaned daily, and one thing that really made me smile was a cute handwritten note left by the staff saying “Thank you for staying”. Such little touches make all the difference. 💌😊 Amenities The Pool The pool area is beautiful and extremely well-maintained. The only thing I felt could be improved is adding a heated pool, especially because Jaisalmer gets quite chilly at night. But overall, still a wonderful place to relax. The Gym The gym is surprisingly impressive — clean, organized, and equipped with all the essentials. They always have water bottles and towels ready, which shows how well they maintain it.
