The location is good. Breakfast OK. Staff GREAT. Poolside was good. The food delivery was excellent - really tasty Cesar's and Bulgarian salad :D

Brand new hotel in a most wonderful place in Romania. Well furnished, extreamly clean, with all ammenities you need. The room is spacious, beds are extreamly comfortable (which is not so common in most hotels), bathroom is well equipped. A 4-star standard in the best edition. The staff is most helpful and nice. We came late and ask, if the we could eat something and the kitchen prepared dinner for us despite the late hour. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. We truly recommend the hotel.

Wanderful place where you can chill and fell like you are at home. The service is just perfect and very kind, especially Cosmin - the guy who works on the reception. I absolutely recommend for everybody to visit this wonderful place. Best regards from Bulgaria.

Everything was lovely! The location, the cleanliness, the Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom and the hearty breakfast - all of them contributed to an amazing experience! I will definitely be back there.

Everything! This was the best place in the area! It’s like a drawing. We had an excellent experience at the chalet in Bran! The thoughtful use of wood throughout the property created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design and layout probably contributed to a cozy and comfortable stay. The chalet was a perfect getaway with its rustic charm and well-thought-out features.
