SingaporeStayed in a King Room for a night in Nov. It’s within walking distance to the main sights and eateries in Ararat (not a big city anyway). The rooms were clean and spacious, with practical facilities (functional and not elaborate). The bed was big enough to fit two adults and two kids. The owner was also nice and friendly, giving us recommendations on where to visit and eat. I’ll consider staying here again when I visit the next time.

Room was really nice, looked and smelled clean. The staff do a great job of maintaining the grounds!

The location was convenient in the centre of town, en route from SA to Melbourne. It would have been possible to find a coffee shop for breakfast had we wished. It was a straightforward country motel, clean & well-kept with a charming reception, who called to make sure we were on our way and stayed up to meet us.

A warm and friendly greeting upon my arrival. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. All facilities were very good, especially the large shower. A lovely stay over 2 nights. Close to shopping and tourist facilities. Totally recommend this Motel. Thankyou

Great little motel, staff were great they upgraded me, which was nice. Close to town, there is some noise from western Hwy and trains, but I look at it like a lullaby highly recommend this place will definitely stay again

The motel was a great base to explore the Grampians. The host Michael was very friendly and arranged for overnight check-in upon our request. The room was spacious and clean.

I brought some cereal from home so didn't purchase any breakfast from the Motel. I knew that I would be well fed at the conference I was attending, and therefore didn't need to purchase a substantial breakfast.

Simple motel but well thought out, lovely people running the place and everything I needed for a good stay while in Ararat for work. Comfortable bed, dark at night, bit of highway noise but not enough to disrupt sleep. Really clean.

The whole complex was extremely clean and well maintained. The room I had was at the front of the motel, but I couldn't hear any traffic at all through the night.
