The location was perfect for what we wanted to do during our stay, all of Beechworth is walkable and so pleasant. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Everything we required was available readily.

The owners of the property were lovely, and made checking in and out very easy. The rooms were large, and very comfortable. A fairly easy walk to and from Yackandandah town as well.

Very clean, great staff and great location

Located in Chiltern, 20 miles from Bowser Station, The Lydoun Motel features views of the pool. The motel features family rooms.

This was my second visit to the Lydoun. It is not an upmarket motel but is one of the cleanest and most well thought out places I have stayed in. The value is exceptional and I expect it will become a very popular venue for other birdwatchers as they become aware of it.

The Motel has been updated, furnishings were new and the unit extremely clean. Dining room was excellent with a good choice of breakfast options, and nice views of surroundings. Chris and Kylie were great hosts.

I liked everything about the hotel. The room is very clean, there is a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The hotel area is also excellent, there is a swimming pool and an area for barbecue or dinner. The staff was very friendly.
