No amenities. Super cheap, super friendly staff. That’s what I am looking for in a motel when I’m traveling, just a shower and a bed.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and shower pressure was good. Even the toilet paper was better than I normally see in motels. The AC was a problem for my husband (the turning on and off) but it didn’t bother me. Although, we didn’t use it, the pool looked great. Quite a few people were enjoying it. There was a small amount of street noise but nothing bad.

I always love to stay here I'm comfortable I feel safe parking's excellent staff is always friendly they management is excellent best motel I've stayed in lake City

I've been to this motel quite a few times. The location suits my needs. The rooms are just okay most of the time. This year room 115 was quite good. I was happy. I will try and get this room again.
