From the very first moment, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly staff at the reception — with genuine smiles and useful tips about the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped: a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker — everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is just perfect: quiet (away from the main street noise) but still only a few minutes from cafés, shops, and amazing spots near the arches and national parks. I especially want to highlight the staff: they’re not only professional but also truly attentive and kind. I had a small situation, and one of the hotel employees handled it with great understanding and friendliness, waited patiently, and helped me sort everything out. It really created a feeling of care and safety, which is so important when you’re traveling. In terms of “value for money,” this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who want comfort, coziness, and genuinely kind service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and a great base for exploring Moab!

Room was clean and spacious, staff was amazingly friendly! We had some odd requests, as we were preparing for a long-distance hike, but the gentleman behind the reception went well out of his way to help us with everything. Above and beyond. Thank you!
