I like that, even though it is in a very rough part of town, there were no weirdos on the property. There may be some weirdos staying there, but where isn’t there weirdos? I like the fact that it was gated, and quiet, and the staff was pleasant.

Staff check in quick. Not long forms etc. Had vending machine for things may have forgot. Grocery across street. Pool nice room nice Kool bathroom sink updated outside bathroom.

This is my favorite. The staff is exceptional. They truly care about the people they rent to. They are to the point and follow procedures. If there are bad reviews, it's simply from people who didn't follow rules. They absolutely give you the option to look at your room before you book it. Use that option if you aren't sure! It's an older property so renovations are in the works. Despite the age and renovations, it's clean. It's comfortable. There's support at all times. If you see something. SAY something! This property deserves all stars. If you're in town, this is definitely the spot for convenience, comfortability, and price!

The room was clean as can expected, the beds were comfortable. A little noise here and there but it was good..family liked it..would stay there again.
