The front desk lady that check us in let us feel welcome. The next front desk gentleman that let us know the pool was closed at 9pm was very kind and even helped us to get our stuff together.

We ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere! The first room assigned to us had a major problem. The second room had a noticeable issue as soon as we entered it. Receptionist was not very professional and had an attitude. Facility was very dated and unclean. Will never return!!
