Most motels are boring and look pretty much alike. The Oyo is an older property with lots of character. It was clean and comfortable, I liked it a lot and would stay there again. It is also well within walking distance of downtown, and the Indian River. I was able to watch SpaceX send a crew to the ISS!

Great little retrofitted motel in the heart of Titusville. Big rooms with kitchenette, great shower. Very clean. Super nice staff. Fantastic location -- easy walking distance to restaurants and bars and the community theater. Excellent value -- it's not swanky if that's what you're looking for. Great basic room for the money, and you can do your own basic meals if you choose. Walking distance to premium rocket launch viewing.

Very basic motel, for the price it's acceptable, Good when you want to visit Titusville / Space Center, 45 minutes drive to Daytona. Rooms are ok after some renovation.
