The motel has family rooms. Jeannie the hostess is an amazing person. I had originally booked online but needed to extend my stay. I called Jeannie greeted me warmly and told me to come on over! I'm from the US and my adapter didn't work. She lent me one and an iPhone charger I needed the lightning port instead of the USB I had! She also offered an umbrella on one rainy day. What a genuinely sweet woman! When I asked for advice about restaurants and nearby attractions, without hesitation she jotted names and numbers down and gave amazing verbal directions as well. After the first two nights I checked out to fly to Sydney for five days. Again without hesitation she allowed me to store my large suitcase in the luggage room. When I returned late in the evening for the remaining days of my stay at the Box Hill Motel I figured I would need to wait till the next morning to retrieve the case, but low and behold, there it was in my new room along with the borrowed electrical adapter! <3 I was sad to leave. An unwelcoming hostess can put a damper on a vacation. How fortunate I was to land here and would recommend this lovely place to anyone.

It offers a restaurant, a well-stocked wine bar and free on-site parking. Out of all our stays in Victoria, Australia, we loved this place the most. Run by Renee and Rob, Victoria House is a hidden gem. Renee at the reception was very friendly and suggested several places of interest. Rob personally delivered our breakfast tray with a big smile, showcasing their warmth and hospitality. The Victorian-style decor made us feel at home, and we were very happy with the lovely crafted ambiance.

It is situated just 700 metres from Moorabbin Airport and you can experience famous sand belt golf courses, shopping destinations and the beautiful wineries and surf breaks of the Mornington Peninsula. The property features an outdoor pool, and free WiFi and free parking are available for guests. Spacious clean rooms. Swimming pool for kids/ adults. Friendly staff. Laundry facilities. Great experience overall. Will stay again.

Ferntree Gully Hotel Motel is a 10-minute walk from the heart of Ferntree Gully and a 10-minute drive from Waterford Valley Golf Course. Melbourne CBD is a 35-minute drive away. This was probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in.

Best Western Mill Park Motor Inn is a 9-minute drive from Coopers Settlement and Bundoora Park. It offers barbecue facilities and free on-site parking.

Surrounded by 2.5 acres of native gardens and parkland, Frankston Motel features a swimming pool, tennis court and BBQ area. All rooms offer a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV. Upon arrival, guests receive limited free Wi-Fi. Convenient location for what I wanted. Not a huge complex. Quite location.

Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre is 30 minutes’ drive from Melbourne’s city centre. Flemington Racecourse is a 20-minute drive away.
