Guests enjoy 1 free parking space per room, and BBQ facilities set amongst landscaped gardens. The room is like a suite. A living room area, a galley kitchen that was well appointed and a bedroom. We also had a further room with a hot tub. It was wonderful.. There was a thermal heated pool that we enjoyed twice. We used the laundry facilities. So handy. The best thing about this motel is the friendly staff. They were so open, friendly and accommodating. Genuinely nice people. We highly recommend this motel.

Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa is 10 minutes’ drive from the famous Polynesian Spa and Mitai Maori Village. Rotorua Airport is a 15-minute drive away. We liked everything! The hot tab was great! The staff was very friendly and location is great! The room was big enough and warm even during winter time. It's a pity that we stayed only for one night. We want to get back!
