I’ve never been in this place but customer service was really amazing : I’ve sent Matt a message to let him know I won’t be able to make it ; on his own, he proposed me a refund (while he wasn’t forced of !) ; this kind of attention make me think we gonna be back for sure to meet them and enjoy their experiment !

The location was really beautiful, on a quiet lake that you can swim in, and they give you free use of canoes, pedal boats, etc. The rooms were nice too, and better than we expected from a roadside motel. The hosts were super friendly and super helpful, and created a lovely warm social atmosphere. We had a great time. Five stars, strongly recommended!
