They have great customer service. I also spent ¥6K for their dinner, and comparable to the few nearby restaurants. Especially nearby small restaurants need to be pre-booked. Location is great few blocks from the train station to Nagano City. Also few bus routes that take you to Snow Money Park and skiing areas. Loved the traditional feel of the room and ryokan. The 2 private onsens were great, good self-booking system for these. The underground passage to the standing bar was unique and quirky. Parts of the building are historic but was also very clean. Toiletries provided; and slippers, yukata and geta wooden shoes available to borrow.
