I had a wonderful stay at the Sun Flower SPA Hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—special thanks to Henry, who was such a cool and accommodating person throughout our visit. The hotel arranged a fantastic tour for us to Ha Long Bay, which made our trip even more memorable. The breakfast was delicious and included in the stay, which was a great bonus. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. For the price we paid, it was excellent value and absolutely worth it. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I missed breakfast one day and they arranged to deliver a plate of fruit to my room. The wifi stopped working another day but they quickly fixed this. The breakfast had a variety of options including a lot of meat/seafood but the staff were very accommodating with arranging other options. The location was perfect, the facilities are clean and there is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 10th floor. The spa facilities were also wonderful. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation.
