Possibly the most wonderful place we’ve stayed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room (River lodge 2 bedrooms) was so relaxing, comfortable and large. The location is unbeatable - Poring Hot Springs entrance at your doorstep. The food at the restaurant was delicious and well priced. Cannot fault this property and would strongly recommend to others!

We absolutely loved our accommodation - the Lodge was spacious, cosy, comfortable, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, fantastic veranda and lovely balcony. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. We also loved the surroundings and specially hot springs tubes, where we had a bath after a hike.

We chose this location as it is not too far from Poring Hot Springs, which we had planned to visit. Facilities in the room are ok (water boiler, cups, hair dryer, fridge). Air con and hot shower.

The staff were super friendly, and we really appreciated access to the kitchen, laundry and drinking water. Just a few minutes walk to the hot springs and a couple of restaurants.

The staff were really lovely and the restaurant served delicious meals. The view from the balcony was stunning when it was clear and you can see magnificent Mount Kinabalu behind the hotel if you’re lucky with the weather. We had rented a car in KK and found the location of this hotel perfect for our visits to Poring Hot Springs, Kundasang, the War Memorial and Kinabalu National Park. We would stay again.

Near to nature. Hot spring, trails for tracking, conservation garden, etc. Far away from busy Ranau and Kundasang town.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very attentive, the swimming pool & water park for the children was amazing.
