BEST VIEW OF ANY HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO. The view of the city and bay from the hotel are absolutely glorious. The breakfast was great, with a very wide selection of both western and Japanese food.

Sheraton Kagoshima se nachází v destinaci Kagošima a má fitness centrum, zahradu, terasu a bar. The room was amazing and super comfy we got the last room on the floor which I love personally. The onsen was great my friend ate breakfast and was impressed with the service, we were in Kagoshima since our flights were canceled due to bad weather so this was a break on our long holiday and it was perfect the gym was being serviced so we could only use it in the morning but the onsen was great only thing to remember is you cannot get anything to eat at the hotel post 9pm if you are flying in late. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip out.

Yuki-san the owner of the guesthouse is one of the kindest and fun persons I met in Japan. Who cares so much of the well being of his guests. On top of that the guesthouse is so clean and cleaned by him everyday. Whenever you have questions you can ask him and he will help as much as he can. You can enjoy your stay and also if you like you can have nice and interesting talks about many topics with him. I will book this place at my next stay in Kagoshima again. 11 out of 10! Exceeded my expectations by far (:

The hotel was amazing. since we told we were on our honeymoon the hotel upgraded our room to a private outdoor onsen. the facilities were great. the stay was very romantic and we should have stayed more nights! dinner and breakfast were very delicious. very recommended.

Overlooking Kagoshima Bay, Hakusuikan boasts an outdoor pool and a variety of spacious indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths, including a Sunamushi sand hot-spring. The whole experience was wonderful. Dinner was abundant, onsen facilities were great and the room was huge!

Spacious, super clean, well, wonderful view, the owner was responsive and super nice, helped us with anything we needed. Everything about it was so convenient and comfortable. So many outlets, great Wi-Fi, washing machine, and of course, the highlight - a private onsen! Really a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed a coffee at the cafe on ground floor of building. Cafe & Bar Tetesan.
