An affordable hotel, especialy during hanami season. The room was spacious and confortable with a great view! The location is really nice, you are close to the yurikamome so all of odaiba and tokyo bay is close, and the rest of tokyo is at 30-50 minutes. The best point of this hotel is the bath: It is one of the best open air-bath I've seen in such hostel, the view is not hidden, you can both see the rainbow bridge and the tokyo tower. There is also a monthly bath with aromatic changed every month (we got yuzu and jasmin). There is also a cold bath :) As a minor inconvenience, the lobby room is noisy, but this is often the case with hostel of this standing and the trashy nouveau riche guest they cater to.

For an airport hotel this is pretty special. The onsen on roof is great. You can also go there from the cheaper Villa Fontaine (non-Premier) next door but I believe there is some kind of charge. The location is super because it's attached to a part of the aiport with lots of restaurants so plenty of options for supper if you don't fancy going far.

Everything was perfect. Great location close to the station and alot of shops nearby. Room was big and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable futon beds. The natural hotspring onsen was very clean and so relaxing especially the open Air bath. This is a really nice Ryokan perfect for relaxing and soaking in onsen. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful and well presented.
Decent accommodation in traditional Japanese ryokan style. Four private onsens, two indoor and two outdoor that are across the road and up the street. Outdoor onsens were very nice, and it was pretty relaxed to get a time slot to use it. The owner also let us store our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out while we visited Lake Ashi. Great little restaurant across the street that was very affordable. Around 1000y pp.
Absolutely incredible staff from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. In particular, Yuuta was so helpful, attentive, and downright elegant. An EXCEPTIONAL breakfast and dinner were included with our room, prepared as Japanese interpretation of multi-course French cuisine. The view from the dining area was stunning. Absolutely wonderful. I believe all rooms include a private outdoor onsen (hot spring bath) where you can soak for hours while enjoying nature.
The Japanese style room was totally beyond our expectation. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable and warm, bathroom has everything we'd need. In the room, it also provides full bottle of water in the water boiler, along with a full tea set! The in-room dinner and breakfast is a completely blow-away experience! The in-room onsen also provides the convenience to my daughter to enjoy the hot spring without going to the public area.
Beautiful Japanese ryokan in a magical setting. The multi-course kaseiki dinner and traditional breakfast were superb, with all the dishes impeccably presented and absolutely delicious. Our lovely hostess, Kyoko, graciously served us and patiently explained every dish using goggle translate. The onsens had great district views and we emerged from the hot spring water feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We would love to come back here again!
The place is best to experience the Japanese hot springs without feeling crowded. The staff was really kind and treated us like their friends/family. The shared hotspring area is really clean and spacious. The private hot spring was my fav. part.
Our stay at Hakanowa Hot Spring Inn was wonderful right down to the little details such as complimentary sweet treats, a free gift, the yukatas, filtered water, the private onsen, and a streamlined check-in / out system. Great value-for-money in the Hakone region. We would definitely stay again!
The room is very spacious and comfortable, you get more than double the sizes compared to the usual hotel rooms at similar prices in Tokyo or Osaka. Although at first glance, it might seem a bit expensive, the dinner and breakfast in the halfboard option are both very delicious and with great portions. Considering what you get, it's very good value too. The paid private Onsen (hot springs pool) is also a very enjoyable experience.
Staff very attentive and the room was very clean. The fact that they had 2 different onsen sources was really good as I tried all of their rental hot spring baths during my stay. Breakfast and dinner very good and substantial.
