Oh my gosh, I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! It was so clean and inviting when you walked through the door. And the tatami mats everywhere were so comfortable for my feet. My room was amazing, and they even offered complimentary onsen facilities which I go twice everyday, a massage chair, free yakult, ice cream, and ramen. Plus, there were huge manga corners! Overall, it was the best Japanese tradition experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend including breakfast! It’s absolutely delicious and perfectly complements the traditional Japanese style.

My rate is six star hotel for sure. The place, the food, the service, the view, and especially the garden were wonderful. The hotel offers many food outlets with great food and very convenient for us to just stay in. The collection of the decor items were impressive.

Check-in during middle of the night was quick and smooth. Convenience store - directly across the street, useful for anything you need.
