In un’ottima zona nel quartiere Hagi Onsen-kyo di Hagi, Hagi No Yado Tomoe è situato a 1 km da Spiaggia di Kikugahama, 1,8 km da Shokasonjuku Academy e 1,8 km da Shoin Shrine. Very beautiful ryokan near the Hagi Castle Town with free parking. We booked a Japanese-style corner room for 3 nights and had a large garden to ourselves. The garden in the common area is also very beautiful esp at night. We opted for half board our entire stay and were very impressed with the food! The menu was different every time and we found ourselves anticipating what they’ll serve for the next meal. One of the meals they served was an all-puffer fish meal, which is arguably one of the best and most unforgettable meals of my life. The staff were also very warm and helpful up until the very moment we left. Definitely worth making the trip to Hagi just to stay here.

We loved our stay at Sansuien. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. We needed to send our bags to Hagi by takkyubin and they were very helpful getting this to happen. Thank you. The meals were all outstanding. 13 dishes for dinner and healthy, fresh, tasty and fun. Don't forget to look around their beautiful gardens.

Piaciuto tutto: camera personale onsen , colazione, pulizia, dettagli. Hotel moderno ma con stile Giapponese, camera di dimensioni comode letti a futon con materasso comodissimo. Colazione giapponese ma anche occidentale molto ben curata e varia, da provare tutte le specialità locali. Onsen molto grande e comodo, vasche interne ed esterne con anche la sauna ed un bagno “elettrico” per rilassare muscoli e tendini. Come quasi sempre in Giappone personale gentilissimo tutti i locali pulitissimi e con attenzione ai dettagli. Qualità/ prezzo molto conveniente. Raccomandabile al 100%.

From the absolutely beautiful onsen, to the beautiful music I. The halls, lovely decor in the room, Raman soup at 9:30 at night, free. Also, the little treats in the refrigerator, the really nice staff people and it's so clean. I will now stay at more Dormy Inn's. I really enjoyed my stay.

We both love seafood and we're very happy with all the dishes and their presentation for both dinner and breakfast. I loved the outside baths and managed two sessions, before dinner and before breakfast. Everyone who has seen our holiday photos are very jealous.

Great location with fantastic views. Onsen was good but the stand out was the food, absolutely superb! The best meals we have had in Japan by far.
