The host was super welcoming and informative on arrival and staff servicing the rooms were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot spring tubs are a bonus. The business gives some consideration to environmental footprint/ recycling etc and social benefit which is something I like. They provided locally roasted plunger coffee that is great.

Hot spring spa bath in the room!

Convenient location, surrounded by a few nice restaurants. There is also a spa nearby, if you want to soak in the hot springs remember to bring a bathing suit to Rotorua. I like the lounge, you can watch TV or chat with other guest.

Hot spring pool on site - great bonus.

Probably one of the best Novotels I've stayed in. Very good location with a lot of restaurants and bars at the doorstep and a vibrant food alley. Nice hot spring spas nearby and good number on parking outside.

We loved it. Cute little cabin, had everything we needed, and we loved the Hot Springs Pool, of course.

Nice style of building, generous size of 2 bedroom apartment. Handy hot spring pools in the courtyard.

The motel is older style but well-maintained and comfortable, and with a good central location within walking distance of the Eat Street cafes and restaurants and next to a large park with hot springs and other thermal features.

On-site hot springs, big kitchen and bathroom, heater inside cabin, no problems with late check-in
