The host was super welcoming and informative on arrival and staff servicing the rooms were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot spring tubs are a bonus. The business gives some consideration to environmental footprint/ recycling etc and social benefit which is something I like. They provided locally roasted plunger coffee that is great.

Fantastic location close to Hot Springs, Cafes, Restaurants, Domain, Shops. We will visit again.

Great location, not far from the i-Site and site seeing locations. Also, the shared bathrooms and room were very clean. If you check-in early, the room might have the smell of cleaning materials but it does dissipate. Also, the person who works the front desk was so helpful and kind! I wish I got her name, but she was wonderful when I was checking in and when I had trouble with the airport bus. Also, the motel is so close to some of Rotorua's hot springs that you can smell them at night. It added to the atmosphere, for sure.

Hot spring spa bath in the room!

Unique heritage feel of a hotel from the 1900’s with hot springs and a cute 9 hole golf course. Comfortable bed in a double room in wing of hotel with bathroom. Nice campground adjacent to springs.

Food and hot springs were great

The place was spacious and very clean. The hot springs pools were additional plus (and a big one). The host was friendly and helpful, really great guy. Very good price/quality ratio

What a stunning location. Peaceful, beautiful surrounds with so much to do. We went as two families with kids but would go again by ourselves too. The cabins were basic but very clean and comfortable. The facilities were well maintained and cleaned regularly during our stay. The staff were super friendly and informative. There were beautiful bush walks, hot springs, spas, mini golf, TV room, trampoline, playground, and lots of open green spaces to play in. Such a tranquil environment. We will definitely be back!
