I liked how convenient the apartment was, the location for us was ideal. Having a free parking was also a real plus. The staff was very polite and when we had issue about the noise, they fixed it right away and we really appreciated being moved quickly to another apartment. Ragi in the reception has been amazing from check in to check out, remembering our names shows also how professional he is.

Overall, my experience at Icon hotel was excellent couldn't say a fault about it, the staff at the reception, were really helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The apartment was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. Whenever i return to Dubai i will definitely be staying here again.
