A clean and cozy house with everything you may need. The place is rather quiet. There is a fire pit next to the house. The host is very friendly. There is a nearby stable that belongs to the host, and he can arrange horseback riding tours in the mountains. I would love to stay here for another day.

The owner was super helpful and friendly though it was hard for us to communicate, he didn’t speak English well and I can’t speak Armenian nor Russian, but he still tried his best to make me feel comfortable.

Great place for a day or a few days to escape from your rushed life. The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

- It’s a very authentic place in a secluded location with a jaw-dropping view. Excellent location, beautifull view, very friendly host. Really big house with four bedrooms, large living space and amazing veranda which we liked the most. Secluded area, no big shops around. But you can buy everything you need at a small shop and bakery nearby. Some kitchen items were missing and immediately provided by the host. Thank you Azat, we were happy to stay at your house!
