We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to suit from premium. Room was big and clean. Unfortunately I dont know the name of the representative on desk, but he was sooooo helpful and kind. We travelled by car so we were very tired + hungry so we expressed our concerns about spa a bit roughly (you cant go together as a couple because the spa is separate for man and women) but he managed everything great and made our stay amazing. All the staff were great actually

Cozy family guesthouse with hospitable staff, excellent breakfasts, and overall homely atmosphere. Interior contains many details that may be a subject of interest for some guests, including piano, old furniture, LPs, etc. Although the inner-yard view room was small, it was well-furnitured with a sparkling-clean bathroom, a good mattress and snow-white bed linen. I'd be happy to visit this place again!
