We loved how modern everything is, it made it so so comfortable. Soft lights at your bedside when you touch them, great air con, motorized blinds. The room was small but well equipped and a place for everything. The staff were so gracious, and helpful. With suggestions and with help. We had trouble with the PIN code to get in and out so the manager quickly solved it with making us a card key. The entrance and sitting area were so classy. Breakfasts were delicious and the coffee machine with cappichinos fantastic.

Accomodation is modern and well equipped, spotlessly clean , with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Much thought, care and attention to detail has obviously been given to providing quality service and facilities with extra touches. The staff stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness. Everything was to like about this beautiful hotel, with profesisonal and caring staff, perfect location and excellent facilities. This is truly a hotel I would visit again and again. The breakfast was top notch, staff never said no for anything to accommodate us and our kids. Its a great place to explore the whole of belgium and of course the beautiful and charming city of Ghent.
