1. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are sooooo helpful and go above and beyond! They printed my bus tickets for me, put it in a clear pouch. They offered to pack a breakfast box for me the day I was leaving. Just WOW. they speak really good English too! And smiles always :) make you feel right at home. I stayed an extra night because I was so comfortable there and they made my stay in Veliko Tarnovo really great. 2. The rooms are great, beautifully decorated, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is A/C as well which is nice especially on the hot days. 3. Breakfast is included: coffee, fruit, a plate with a bunch of cheeses, breads, boiled egg, ham/sausages, which is nice to get a quick start and go do sightseeing. 4. Wonderful location on the main road with restaurants/cafes. 12 minute walk to the bus station South and 17 minutes walk to the Tsarevets fortress. 30 minute walk to the four puppies I found and fed the entire stay in VT but that a different story. I would definitely stay at the Guest House Diabora again, I miss it soooo much already. I had such a bad time with my stay in Plovdiv right before that coming to Diabora made me feel so nice and welcome.

This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

The interior of the room is fantastic - nicely decorated, loaded mini bar, good coffee and tea, lights have remote control, room heating works perfectly. The bed is very comfortable, with 3 different types of pillows. Heating works perfectly. Bathroom has floor heating. Even though the hotel is in the central area of the city, you dont hear the street noise in the room. Receptionist was nice and helpful. We were there for only 1 night, but we definitely enjoyed our stay. The hotel had 2 stars when we were its guests, but it deserves all 5.

Excellent hotel! Thank you for the hospitality, valuable recommendations, and attentiveness. Very fast and easy check-in. A cozy and clean room. You'll find everything you need here for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is wonderful. There is free parking. My only regret is that we were just passing through and had little time to relax in this beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel!
