We loved absolutely everything about our stay here and have only great things to say. Richard and Tania are so incredibly warm and welcoming, we felt just like we were guests in their home. Our room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the lake and mountains from our balcony, and everything was decorated with a personal touch. The breakfast service was such a lovely way to start our day as well, with delicious fresh brewed coffee and a beautiful spread including custom prepared eggs. The location is perfect because it is so peaceful on Brienz and just a quick 5min drive into Interlaken for the fun of the city. This is also makes a great home-base for day trips in the surrounding areas. They provide good information on popular hikes and activities nearby and were so kind to help out with dinner recommendations and provide us with a travel pass for the area. This was truly the best experience and we can not wait to come back!

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The staff and host were so friendly and made us feel at home. The place is peaceful, immaculately clean and full of warmth. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious due to the fresh ingredients. Me and my 2 dogs stayed in the Niesen cabin, it was cosy and has everything you need to spend a few days in the nature. The kitchen has an electric stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, a sink and a little fridge with a freezer drawer. Dish soap, dish brush, cloths and gargage bags were provided. I found the bed comfortable, the pillows were soft. Towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair drier were provided too.

Wonderful location on the park with beautiful Mountain Views from the balconies and windows of apartment. Mario was a super sweet host and met us upon arrival. He offered recommendations on what to see…and gave us each a Swiss pass for savings on transportation. And we had a rental car so parking spot was most welcome. Walking distance to all! Love to come back someday :) Thank you Mario!!

The property was really good, especially the view from the room was amazing. The locality was so peaceful. There is a convenient parking place for people travelling with the car. The breakfast was quite good as well. The staff were super nice and friendly. Everyone can speak perfectly good English.

Great little hotel in a stunning location! The rooms are very simple but comfortable and clean. The restaurant offers very nice food for fair prices, stuff is very friendly and welcoming, parking for free and wonderfull views with the most charming sounds of crickets and swiss cow bells!

What a lovely hotel, the owners were very welcoming, and served some delicious food in the restaurant....plus the breakfast was very good. It is a wonderful base for the surrounding area and only 5 min drive to Interlaken, and free parking area to rear.....but the usp is the fresh air and village setting.
