Everything! The location, the room, decor, staff (amazing), attention to details, the food and the spa. Very hard to beat this hotel. Lovely touches included remembering our preferred coffee and bread at breakfast and providing us with a little bag of snacks for our long journey home. A fabulous hotel.

The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

The location is perfect with everything steps away and I love most is that it’s just beside the grocery store. The neighborhood is calm and window views are nice. The owner Pierre is very kind and helpful. I am sure we will come back next time.

The apartment was five star, recently redecorated and nothing missing during our stay. 5-10 minutes walk to the City's car park, supermarket, bus station, and cable car. Saas-Fee is peaceful destitation (never met crowd or queue) in the summer for hiking and skiing (yes skiing in summer above 3500 meter!). The local taxes includes unlimited Postbus and cable car usage in Saastal. Marmots everywhere on the hills :)

The staff were very friendly and informative, and were so helpful when I had to extend a night due to travel plan changes. The single room is spacious with full sized bathtub in the private bathroom. The spa/sauna area is modern and I had the several facilities all to myself for both times I went. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off services from/to the bus-stop, which was very helpful for me given my luggage and the snow. Breakfast was also amazing, partly because of their close relationship with the Chinese/Thai restaurant downstairs. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this place.

Overall a fabulous place. Keep in mind that it is a winter resort village, where it is forbidden to enter by car. You can park your car in front of the village for a fee. It will take 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the hotel.

Location is excellent. They have their own car to pick you and your language up from the parking lot. Their restaurant and food is very delicious. The suite is big and wonderful and with large balcony. The staff is very nice and helpful. We appreciate the welcome drinks.

Good breakfast, friendly staff (they quickly separated the beds for my son and I when I asked upon arrival), short walk to the slopes. The hotel's transport from the car parking was prompt and friendly. Nice spa area with 2 saunas, jacuzzi and a quiet room with a pretty view, so was mostly feasible to share with other groups :) We had dinner in the hotel one night and was very good and plentiful (the vegetarian option was not very creative, but at least there was one :)

Good location. Host pick us up at car parking and help to get to garage after checkout. it is very usefull becouse of luggage. Full kitchen with appliances. Fondu and rocklet devices is available too.
