Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! We liked the combination of having a ceiling fan, an AC and mosquito nets on the windows. The porch was cozy. One of the best perks was being able to use the hot springs at the volcano lodge. There is safe parking on the property! The Hotel is located in the heart of La Fortuna, thus everything is easily walkable.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stay and I’ve stayed in a lot. The harmony between nature and the construction of the hotel is mind blowing. Breakfast was exceptionally good. The food at the restaurant was also good and affordable. The hot springs are in good condition and surrounded by nature. The restaurant and pool have a nice view of the volcano, but not from the room though.
