One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. The owner, Gonzalo, really puts his soul into this place and you can see it in tiny details like night sky projectors in every room. I will happily stay here again if I come back to Puerto Viejo.

Incredible value! Would have stayed here longer had i booked it first. It is perfect for families. The pool is Incredible and the cabin is clean and Incredible too. Value for what you pay is fantastic.

We had an incredible stay with Orion as a host! The accommodation was nothing short of fabulous, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The swimming pool was pristine and refreshing, while the breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety to kickstart the day. We had a great stay at Exotico. The hotel is brand new, the room has beautifully designed interiors. The whole hotel is lovely with the super-friendly crew. I loved the swimming pool area and the cute jangle path to Playa Grande. The beach is vast and quiet. I went to practice yoga in the morning and I found it very calm and peaceful.

It was one of the hotels we have ever stayed worldwide, we absolutely enjoyed every second. The staff was incredibly attentive and the food was really delicious - also for vegetarians :) we saw many animals, and the staff even went to our room to let us know when there was a sighting nearby! Can highly recommend!

wonderful!!! Loved every second of our stay! great location 50m next to Punta Uva beach, with magnificent garden (and many animals in it!), clean, comfortable and well maintained houses, very helpful staff - basically all you need for a proper vacation. fantastic value for money, we loved it!!!
