Our small family stayed here for a weekend visit, and we felt sincerely welcomed. The apartment was clean and bright, and our child slept very well thanks to the quiet environment. We cooked breakfast each morning and found the kitchen easy to use. Even the hallway of the building felt well-maintained and secure. A very pleasant experience overall.

This apartment is truly family-friendly and exceeded our expectations in every way. The bedrooms were peaceful, the living space cozy yet spacious, and the temperature was always comfortable. The kitchen was separate and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, dishes, and even a washing machine, which made it ideal for a longer visit. The location was excellent: close to public transport, supermarkets, and everything we needed. Free parking right in front of the building was a huge bonus. It was easy to reach local attractions and also convenient for getting around the city. The host was always available and responded quickly via WhatsApp and email — very professional and kind.

Very nice, clean apartment, in quiet neighborhood. The owners are so kind and keep eggs, cheese, bread, etc... for breakfast. Apartment fully equipped with kitchen utensils. If I will have business trip to Duisburg once again, I will book this place with pleasure.

There are two single beds in the rooms. The beds can be connected with a slide system. However, unfortunately it is not a nice big double bed. The kitchen, bathroom, and water heating system are good. The password entry system is good. The internet works well.

An absolute hidden gem. Very nice rooms, free parking, very nice breakfast and a super friendly crew that want to do all to make sure you have a pleasant stay

The staff were very accommodating and our room was very clean. We also had the benefit of secure underground parking.

Not the first time at the hotel, the rooms are tidy, breakfast 8 out of 10 points, it's a pity that the waffle iron didn't work. Free parking. The staff is polite and helpful.

Surprisingly lovely hotel with it’s own small swimming pool (available at set times), bar and secure parking for our bikes in the underground car park. Very friendly staff, good location opposite a park.
